The Challenge

Jisr needed to rapidly expand their HRMS across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain — each with distinct labour law requirements, payroll calculation rules, and government integration mandates (GOSI, WPS, MUDAD). Speed of execution and regulatory precision were both critical.
