The Challenge
Fave's rapid growth across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia had created a fragile patchwork of ETL pipelines and ad-hoc analytics processes. The data team needed a modern, reliable foundation to power merchant intelligence, campaign performance, and customer behaviour analytics.
